Lab Kneader Vacuum Jacketed fitted on special design stand. Inside of the through two Z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at a different speed. The special shape of the stirrers and the speed differential at which they operate shorten substantially the required mixing time. Stirrers and Bowl are made of stainless steel.

The unit had a capacity of 3 Kg. The Bowl can be delivered with a double jacket for cooling/heating with water or Electric Heating system. The Bowl opens on the upper side with Vacuum tight top lid. The Bowl can be tilted for emptying or cleaning. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both SHAKTI Main Drive.

Lab Kneader Vacuum Jacketed dipasang pada dudukan berdesain khusus. Di dalam melalui dua pengaduk berbentuk Z berputar satu sama lain dengan kecepatan berbeda. Bentuk khusus pengaduk dan perbedaan kecepatan pengoperasiannya mempersingkat waktu pencampuran yang diperlukan. Pengaduk dan Mangkok terbuat dari bahan stainless steel.

Unit ini mempunyai kapasitas 3 Kg. Mangkuk dapat dilengkapi dengan jaket ganda untuk pendinginan/pemanasan dengan air atau sistem Pemanas Listrik. Mangkuk terbuka di sisi atas dengan tutup atas yang kedap vakum. Mangkuk dapat dimiringkan untuk dikosongkan atau dibersihkan. Lampiran ini Cocok untuk Dipasang di Kedua Drive Utama SHAKTI kami.
