Air Shower

Air showers are specialized entryways of cleanrooms and other controlled environments. It utilize high-pressure air flow to get rid of the dust from people who who enter the cleanroom, to reduce particle contamination and ensure the cleanliness of the cleanroom. Air showers (or cleanroom air tunnels) may also be placed between cleanrooms of different ISO ratings

Air showers are generally constructed from cleanroom-compatible steel or stainless steel materials and feature electronically-powered blowers, filters and high-pressure jet nozzles, the latter being incorporated into the walls and ceiling of the chamber Air, at velocities of 25m/s, continuously streams from the jet nozzles for 25–30 seconds, effectively removing loose particulate matter Personnel inside the enclosure will lift their arms and turn their bodies for uniform exposure to the air streams, a procedure usually specified in protocol. Air Shower

Application 

Factory test

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance

in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a

documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

-- functional test and visual inspection

-- electrical safety tests

-- air velocity testing

-- purification rank test (if need)

Consumable parts illustration

1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times

2: HEPA filter: each one should be replacement in each half and one years.

-- tes peringkat pemurnian (jika perlu)
