This is a Portable Self-Contained Laboratory Coating system suitable for sugar or film coating of Tablets, Pallets, and Granules etc.

Working Principle

The tablet to be coated make continuous complicated orbital motion the closed rotating Drum under the action of a streamline of Baffles. During the motion coating medium automatically sprays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters, at the same time hot filtered air supplied under a negative pressure.

The hot air penetrates through the tablets core layers and is discharged from the bottom of the layers, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the tablet cores will dry rapidly and evenly, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film on tablet.

Prinsip bekerja

Tablet yang akan dilapisi membuat gerakan orbital rumit yang terus menerus pada Drum berputar tertutup di bawah aksi aliran Baffles. Selama media pelapis bergerak secara otomatis disemprotkan sesuai dengan proses teknologi dan parameter teknologi rasional, pada saat yang sama udara panas yang disaring disuplai di bawah tekanan negatif.

Udara panas menembus lapisan inti tablet dan dikeluarkan dari bagian bawah lapisan, sehingga media pelapis yang disemprotkan pada permukaan inti tablet akan mengering dengan cepat dan merata, sehingga membentuk lapisan permukaan yang padat dan halus pada tablet.

Main Body

It consists of Coating Pan, Spray Gun, Drive Unit, Control panel box &
Hot Air Blower. Stainless steel Table top body mounted on castor wheels for Mobility.

Control Panel Board

An Electric control panel fitted on the machine consisting of switches for Pan,
Hot Air Blower, Heater, Exhaust Blower, Speed controller switches for Pan,
Blowers, Digital Temperature controller cum indicator etc. The Heaters and blowers
are interconnected for the safety purpose so that heaters can be started only if the blower is on

Coating Pan

Stainless Steel 316 quality Coating Pan with a circular mouth for easy charging &
Discharging of Tablets & mounted at an inclination of 350 to the horizontal.

8’’, 10’’, 12 ‘’ & 18” can be used on the same machine.

Hot Air Blower

The unit is with a hot air blower consisting of 0.25 HP, 1400 RPM single phase AC
Motor with centrifugal blower and 1 Kw electric heater chamber. The air can be
heated to the desired temperature and controlled with the help of a digital
temperature controller cum indicator. Hot Air Output located on backside.

Exhaust Blower

0.25 HP, 1400 RPM Single Phase ac motor for Exhaust blower of 100 CFM is used
for venting the heat out of your working room. They pull air in the side of the
blower and pump it out from the backside of machine.

40 to 80 degree C.

Spray System

The Unit is provided with Peristaltic pump with Spray gun & silicon tubing’s.
Pump is a Variable speed pump provided with digital controller for precise speed regulation and rapid priming facility
Pump flow rates 0.5 ml to 100 ml. Flow rate of the spray can be controlled
with the easy setting of the Peristaltic pump.
