Application & Process
CIP system is useful for cleaning and washing at the place of Vessel, Tank, Bin, Fluid Bed Equipment, High Shear Mixer, Blender, Auto Coater and IBC Bin.

Trolley mounted CIP system have inlet connection with pneumatic operated valve for Plain water, Hot water, Detergent and Demineral Proses aplikasi

Sistem CIP berguna untuk membersihkan dan mencuci pada tempat Vessel, Tank, Bin, Fluid Bed Equipment, High Shear Mixer, Blender, Auto Coater dan IBC Bin.

Sistem CIP yang dipasang di troli memiliki sambungan saluran masuk dengan katup yang dioperasikan pneumatik untuk Air Biasa, Air Panas, Deterjen, dan Air DM dengan pompa bertekanan, yang dihubungkan dengan bola penyemprot dengan pipa suplai pada mesin. Sistem CIP lengkap dioperasikan oleh sistem kontrol PLC dengan layar sentuh HMI. Sistem kontrol PLC bekerja sesuai waktu yang ditentukan untuk siklus pencucian saluran masuk & keluar sesuai kebutuhan.

Sistem CIP lengkap yang dipasang di troli terdiri dari pompa bertekanan tinggi, katup pneumatik Sambungan Masuk, Sambungan saluran keluar dengan Katup pneumatik, Panel kontrol pneumatik, Panel kontrol listrik dengan layar sentuh PLC & HMI.

Sistem CIP dapat dilengkapi dengan tangki deterjen cair, generator air panas, dll. sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.

Catatan: Tegangan & frekuensi listrik dapat disediakan sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan. Klien harus menentukan opsi saat melakukan pemesanan.Water with pressurized pump, which is connected with spraying ball with supply pipe on the machine. The complete CIP system is operated by the PLC controls system with touch screen HMI. PLC controls system is working as per the set time for washing cycle of the inlet & outlet as per requirements.

Trolley mounted complete CIP system is consist of High-pressure pump, Inlet Connection pneumatic valve, Outlet connection with pneumatic Valve, Pneumatic control panel, Electric controls panel with PLC & HMI Touch screen.

CIP system can be supplied with a liquid detergent tank, Hot water generator, etc. as per customer requirements.

Note: Electric voltage & frequency can be provided as per customer’s requirement. The client shall specify the options while placing an order.
